I have tried to link my myGov account to my ATO for almost a week now and nothing seemed to work. I haven’t had any jobs before so most of the questions I’m unable to answer. I tried to call the line for the code but everytime I call, it's always on peek and it will hung up by itself. Since someone else created my TFN, I don't even know should I use it or to confirm it is mine. I want to ask the ATO but nobody really let me in the phone calls.

It's normal to not have enough info to link yourself if you haven't worked or lodged a tax return before. You will need a linking code that you can only get via phone. I would suggest trying at the earlier or later times of the day as there are less people in the queue then.
