I'm attempting to log into ATO Online and it's asking me to confirm it is my record. The issue is that I have been out of the country for some years and am missing information.

Super details: I recently set up a new super account but it doesn't recognise my new details as being correct.


Bank details: no longer have access

Centerlink payment summary: I have this though it didn't like the figure I put in

Dividends statement: N/A

Notice of assessment: N/A

PAYG: don't have and can't access with ATO access


I have no idea how I'm meant to confirm my record without this. If I can't confirm my record then I don't know what my options are.


Any help would be great.
