Hello, i am currently trying to fill out my current tax return


I am at step 4 and before telling me to calculate its saying i need to fill out my private health insurer details, i currently don't have any private health insurance as i moved away from parents and no longer under their insurance and have not done my own.


I am using the delete button to remove the section but its still telling me to complete it, and i don't see a 'none' option, lost as to what to do at this step

Has any of the info pre-filled? Is it possible your parents still have you listed as a dependent? It sounds like we've received info from an insurer but without seeing your return its a bit hard to direct you. If you can access live chat via myTax our consultants can check to see why you're not able to delete it.
