When i rang Ato someone told me the status of my tax return is processed.However when I check it using the Apps it is showing under review.Which one is true?

It will show as "processed" on our systems. This just indicates that the return has been processed into the system.
If your ATO online services are showing "Under Review" than we are conducting reviews manually. Sometime this can include checking past returns.
He is a link to our Managing Tax Returns page that will give you some further information on what the statuses of the returns mean.

What is the status of my tax return?Effective date was supposed to be on 28/02/2023 but until now I havr not receive anything..

The link ChantelleATO provided includes a section titled whats the status on my tax return mean, it'll let you know what each stage of processing means.
Keep in mind while we're processing your return the status could change several times.
The effective date is usually when we send your refund to your bank. It can take a few days for the money to be deposited into your account. Let's say the result of your notice of assessment is a debt. In this case the effective date is when the debt is due for payment.

I checked with ATO you said my tax return status is processed.Why still showing under review?What is the status and someone escalate it already bur untill now I have not receive any confirmation or exact answer when Am I going to receive my tax..It is more than a month now.

It's not uncommon for the status of your tax return to change while we're processing it. We'll do checks at various stages and if we need to get more or clarify information for example, we'll change the status to under review.
If you're expecting a refund and you need it urgently, you've the option to ask us to process it as a priority.
Hopefully you'll receive your notice of assessment shortly and you'll know the outcome.
