I recently visited to an accountant for other matters and he opened my tax account and he put his name as an authorised agent on my account. He kind of pushing to do tax return for this year, rather than answering my questions even though I have made it clear with their secretary and himself from the beginning that I came here for some advises and not for tax return.

That does seem strange that they have added themselves after some general advice. If you have not authorised them to access your information and do not want them to lodge for you. Usually, the easiest way to remove them is to advise them you do not want to use their services.
If they refuse to remove themselves. You could reach out to the tax practitioner's board.
