I submitted a First Home Super Saver (FHSS) release request via the ATO website on 24 March 2026. The application is still showing as “pending” more than 30 days later, and I have not received any updates from either the ATO or my super fund.

My property settlement date is within the next 30 days, so I would appreciate it if you could please provide an update on the status of my request and advise if there are any issues causing the delay. This is time-sensitive as I require these funds for settlement.

The fastest option is to give our super team a call. They'll be able to provide an update on your application and advise if there's anything else we need to get it finalised.
