I have excess of return that has been in my GST account and i see an error message whenevr i am trying to claim refund - please help i can share the screen shot for additional help

Hi @Singhbaba,


GST refunds are issued automatically so you don't need to request one. Just make sure your bank details are up to date.


When you lodge your business activity statement and it shows you have a credit balance (excess return), we'll automatically process the refund and pay it to your nominated bank account. The refund will be issued after we've processed your activity statement.
