My employer overpaid my salary sacrifice and employer super by mistake and it has now been refunded by super fund to them. My income statement shows the correct amount and my superfund shows the refund. But the super fund annual statement to the ATO which was submitted before the refund shows the overpayment and my exceeding the cap.
