You can try these troubleshooting steps:

• check your device for ad blockers or browser add-ons – you'll usually find icons for these near the address bar in your browser
• update the settings of this software to allow content from the ato.gov.au domain, which will enable access to onlineservices.ato.gov.au
• clear the cache and cookies in your web browser and try again
• try using an alternative supported web browser such as Firefox or Chrome
• try using another device.
