Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me understand what's happening with my tax refund.
My tax return has shown as processed, but I still haven't received the refund in my ANZ bank account. I've already spoken to ANZ, and they confirmed they haven't received any incoming payment from the ATO.
When I called the ATO, they told me the refund was going through an automated process and to wait until the end of the day or call back if it still hadn't arrived.
Has anyone experienced something similar where the refund showed as processed but took longer to reach their bank? How long did it take, and was there anything you had to do, or did it arrive on its own?
