So I have security mesquites place on my account, I called the ATO today after last week getting a text message from them saying my tax return is still processing even though I was told on the phone it is ready just hasn’t gone though. There was a apparently a suppression order on it could it be because of the security measures I got placed on there it’s why it’s taking as long as it has?

The security measure is in place to stop any potential refunds going to the wrong person.
If you are waiting on a refund, we wouldn’t be able to release the refund until after a request and verification with the record owner has been made. This is to make sure the integrity of the record is maintained.
