When I try to link from myGov to ATO, an error code (OID 003) appears.

We can only provide the troubleshooting steps available to us.
But one of our users shared some info in another response that may help with this particular error.
Does it still happen when you use a different browser?

With this error OID000003, it is an issue on the myGovID when logging in. If you have used your MyGovID to create your MyGov account. (link your digital identity) you may need to check for updates or changes to the app and you may need to set up the myGovID again.
To resolve this error you need to:
- uninstall the app.
- reinstall
- set up your account using the same login details
- select existing user
Once your identity has ben verified, you should be able to use your digital identity to login to MyGov.

I'm getting the same OID003 error, but can use an incognito window to log in with all my usual access. I've cleared cookies and still get the message, but also still able to log in incognito.
Since I can log in, the problem can't be myGovId app or strength, it must be something in my browser?
