My husband and I joined his corporate private health through his work in feb this year. We both work full time. From what I could tell, I’m not exempt from paying the MLS. How do I work out the “number of days you don’t have to pay the MLS”?

Hello @Hmcm
You may have to pay the surcharge for the number of days in the year when you didn't have private hospital cover. The statement from your provider should show the number of days you were covered.

Thank you. So from July 22 until Feb 23 and the days within that period, I have to pay the MLS?
Hey @Hmcm,
Yep, from what you've advised, that sounds right.
