Are you referring to the payment instructions through the small business super clearing house? If the employer has made the superannuation payment. It can take 7 business days for it to process through to your superfund.
The super payments are made by the employer directly through to your chosen Superannuation fund. If you have questions about whether they are being paid. You can check with your superannuation fund.
If you suspect, your super is not being paid. There is a great page for unpaid super and what you can do that you may find helpful.
