I received a letter form the ATO on 2 August 2023 stating I had a account balance that was in credit. There is a over $5000 in credit.

I have a registered financial institution bank account and received a smaller refund in July.

What do I need to do to have the remaining credit transferred to my bank account?

Hi @merry56

If you are a business with access to the Business Portal, you can request the refund through the mail topic function.

Accounts and payments > Refund request.

If you have a tax agent, you can ask them to request a manual refund on your behalf via the Tax Agent Portal.

You will need to chat with us to set up the request. Please see your letter for details on how to speak with us. :)
