My tax return was lodged on 3 Sep, 2023, EFT refund for income tax on 8 Sep, 2023 and Cancellation of refund, does this mean i wont get my refund credited to my account ?

Is there a credit still showing in your account?
If your tax return is showing as "cancelled", this just means that we're reviewing it. This can include making sure that you've included all the information that was reported to us. Don't attempt to lodge again - your return hasn't been lost. If we need further information we'll contact you.
If you're waiting on your refund to issue and your tax return status has changed you can check out what it means from here.

Yes there is now a credit back to my ATO, my assessment issue date is 08 September 2023, cancellation of refund on 11 September 2023

If the amount has been cancelled. I would be referring to the status of your return as @Gabby ATO has directed to make sure it has processed.
Are there any other transactions after the cancellation? Are your bank details correct?
It could be that your tax return may be under review. Checking the status of your return will give you an indication as to why it may have been cancelled.
If your bank details were wrong. When you update them, any expected refunds will generally try to issue again within 7 - 10 days.
