Credits remaining on accounts can be request through online service for business, speaking to your tax agent or us for business or individual accounts.
If you have a look at our Using ATO online services page, it will provide the steps on how to Request a transfer or refund if you’re in business.
We will need to check your account to see why the credit has not refunded automatically and confirm your current bank details before a refund can be approved.

I have the same thing with 1100 in an account. I was putting 50 dollars a way a fortnight and forgot to cancel it. how can I, as an individual claim it back to my bank account? thank you
