I understand our wait times can be high during peak times and how frustrating it is, and even more difficult when your overseas, the cost is always an added issue.
Our operating hours are 8am to 6pm. First thing in the morning is generally our quieter times and towards the end of the day.
Otherwise, we may be able to help you here with your super questions.
