I'm wondering how do I change the postal address for the delivery of my tfn notification letter because I forgot to put my unit number in there? Already went to Aus post and they said I need to contact ATO. However, ATO phone numbers seem to be very busy. Please help. Thanks.

We don't have an option to change the postal address once the application has been submitted.
The only option is to have Aus Post hold anything with your name for redirection. You will need to speak with them for that.
Once you have received your TFN, you can change your address by linking your MyGov account and updating your details, or you can submit a Change of details form and we can update it for you.
