Hi there,


I was able to login to mygov and access ATO before but now every time I click ATO linked services on mygov it prompts an error saying access denied.


I tried to unlink and link ATO several times but when I try to link it gives me an error saying "Your details could not be matched

Select cancel to exit the session. Error code: PAB.DE.0002" even though my details are 100 percent correct that includes my address and TFN Number. I just got a post from them a few days ago.


Please it is quite urgent. I have tried to call them many times, but no one's been picking up the call.

That error message actually means we've put extra security on your account.


I can't tell you why exactly this has happened. If you've been a victim of identity theft or if you were caught up in one of the recent large data breaches this could be why.


To access your account you'll need to get in touch with our Client Identity Support Centre and verify your identity over the phone.
