Received a Div. 293 assessment and chose to have the super fund pay it. Fund paid it to ATO on 02/10/23. Spoke to ATO about 3 wks ago & was told they would escalate it. So far nothing. Rang today but they are too busy to talk to me, said ring back later. Who knows when they will not be busy.

If you're after a refund an escalation is the best option. Going by what you've said it sounds like this was done for you when you spoke to us 3 weeks ago. Your escalation should be actioned within 28 days and your refund should follow.
