Does not match what is held on ATO records (GFAD03) and (APS104) even my superannuation and bank details are correct with TFN details. Its been months online calls to ATO is not progressing. Please help me the correct direction as I cannot link my ATO to myGov.

Sometimes you can't get linked by answering questions about your personal tax record if you've:
- never lodged a return before, or haven't for a few years
- used a tax agent before.
If you're not able to link by answering 2 of the 6 possible questions, you'll need to get in touch and ask for a linking code.
