I posted tax return online in July, now it’s December and no refund! I’m on holiday in Europe and the waiting time on the phone line costs a fortune. Help please

Paper returns can take up to 10 weeks to process and may take longer if manual checks are required.
Check out further info on how to check to status of your return without having to call us.
