hi, im trying to access my ato account but i am unable to as it says 'permission required', ive seen other posts like mine but no answer to what number i should be calling. which number should i be calling to unlock my account again?? thank you.

Is this error happening when you're trying to log into your individual ATO online account?
If so, you'll need to contact our client identity suppport centre. They will be able to unlock your account temporarily.

yes, this is happening as i am trying to access my ATO account through the MYGOV link. also i have realised in your response you said my account could be unlock temporarily. Does that mean my account will be accessible after unlocking it or will i need permission to access my account every time in the future?
