Hi all, I have an issue to ask.

My son is 19 years old, our family has private health insurance cover hospital and the policy cover our son as well. So he does not have separate insurance policy under his own name.

If his income is over threshold, for question I he is covered by private health insurance cover hospital? I want to choose option F "covered as dependend child"

  1. Is it correct?
  2. Does it matter if he is study full time or not?

Thanks.

Income is not relevant for a dependent person on the private health insurance policy. See link on entering F for a dependent person. (note: no mention of income as the health fund has different rules as to the meaning of a dependent person)
