Hi ATO,


I recently got my RAM account set up under Basic user and also the access to the ATO agent portal under my employer.


But when I click on any of the active clients, I am unable to access their STP reporting, Super clearing house, or even their activity statements.


Why is that?

Hey @Rinisha,


There are restrictions when using online services with a Basic MyGovID. There are a lot of things you won't be able to view, add or update for the client.


You can also have your authorisation administrator make sure that they have your permissions set correctly in Access Manager.
