To whom it may concern,
I cannot longer access my ATO account through the MyGov app/website, since I get an error which says 'server_error'.
Tried troubleshooting online with no luck.
Tried calling for a week to the ATO customer support with no luck either.
The server_error is preventing me from getting my Income Statement to lodge my tax.
Will the ATO take this into consideration if not sorted on time?
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
