Hello, i was just wondering if someone could help me with entering my extract from register of citizenship by descent into mygovID i have read the help section and it does not really clear it up for me. my extract from register of citizenship by descent is dated 2002 it says i should be able to use it.

but the problem i seem to be having is the entering format. for example i have the ROC- XXXXXX the Register No. XXX then entry Number: XXXX

it has everything else such as date of birth date of registration etc.

but i still get 45048 (422) i feel like i may be entering it in the wrong format.

Thank you in advance for any help, i have done everything else but Centrelink requires a strong Identity level and its just this holding me back now.

Ryan,

Hey @RyanJD1991,

Verifying your identity documents can be tricky sometimes. The document ID number is the extract number and entry number combined. e.g., extract number is 123, entry number is 456 it will be input with / in the middle so, 123/456.

If you've tried this then you may need to get in touch with the issuing agency of the document to confirm the details they have on their system match your document.

You've also mentioned you need a Strong identity strength, the only way to obtain a strong identity is to verify an Australian passport.
