Greetings!

Last year I changed my super and move it to another company. The original was on the colonial state( commbank)

And I transferred them all to Australian Super ,It was successfully done including the insurance.


However when I checked into " ATO apps" or even online its says the my super balance was not reported.(Super contribution not reported)


Also is there gonna be a problem if I didnt report it?


How can I fix this? Please tell me step by step because im not an expert . Thank you!

Hello @John-T,


The general answer is there won't be a problem. Super funds are only required to report once a year to show the balance of your account. So it's unusual you don't have any info showing at this time. If you're worried make sure that your employer and super fund have the same details as your ATO Online account to make sure data matching works correctly. Your details should get updated in the new financial year.
