can some one provide me with details my son has recently passed away and we do not know what super company he was with or his TFN

You'll need to first notify us of his death. You can do this by lodging a notification of deceased persons' form. You'll need to provide a copy of the death certificate, a grant of probate or letters of administration appointing you or someone else as the Legal Person Representative (LPR). We can't provide you with any tax records or super information until we have someone appointed as the LPR. Once we have this, we'll be able to provide you with everything you need to get your son's affairs sorted.
