Hello,


I urgently need help; otherwise, my job offer will be turned down. I’ve been trying to use myGovID, but when entering my passport details, it shows they are verified under another email. Previously, my employer advised me to create a myGovID using my company email, which I no longer have access to. How can I remove my details or resolve this issue? Called mygovid they said they are deleting my details from previous email but still issue persist

Hi@Sanaasif,


When you ask us to release your previous email address it can take about 14 days. You may receive a call if we need any more info.

 

Otherwise, once we release your email address you'll receive an email advising on how to proceed. Until you receive an email you can't use your passport as you'll continue to get the same error.


When you're all set again remember to use your personal email address.
