I applied to roll over 2 super fund accounts in October last year and they are still pending transfer.

I cannot get in contact with the super fund of these 2 accounts. They won’t answer my calls or emails. I’ll be on hold for hours at a time with no answer.

I just want the 2 accounts closed as I’m not wanting to pay the fees on my money when I’ve already did the process to transfer it. Please help!

Wow 8 months is a long time to wait for it to be actioned.


Once we receive the request, we'll notify the transfer from fund of the transfer request. Generally, once they've received the request the funds will be transferred to the new fund within 3 days.


If your details are different with your superfund, they may have been trying to contact you to verify your details. Are you able to cancel the request and resubmit it?
