how do I get in contact with ATO its impossible every time I call I can't get through they keep saying they are busy and can't help, ask me to call back later I have been trying for weeks now. any help please!

I understand, our phones have been very busy. We usually suggest calling at 8am local time when we open and avoid calling on Mondays.
