I'm having trouble logging into the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) service on MyGov. There seems to be a mismatch in my details, and I'm therefore unable to "verify" my identity on the website, and it's preventing me from logging in. I have tried calling the ATO directly, but I've been kicked off the phone everytime I've tried to call due to "peak demand". I need a response as soon as possible because I am starting work soon and need to access my Tax File Declaration form.
I have tried the "linking code" (via phone), which has failed due to the ATO not taking my calls. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? If someone could please help me, that would be greatly appreciated.
