I'm having some trouble accessing my ATO portal.
Accessing MyGov is fine, but as I login to the ATO Portal, it brings me to a version of the Portal homepage I've never seen before (I've attached reference pictures), making it unusable.

I don't know how to describe it other than a 'broken version' of what I'm used to. Links and buttons are scattered all over the page, there are no colours or borders, just a list of links.
It also says that i'm timed out as soon as I access the website.
I've tried everything I can think of: tried logging in on different devices, changing the internet connection, clearing cache's and cookies. Nothing seems to work.
If someone could give me some guidance on this, that would be fantastic.
