I am 16 years old and I have obtained my Tax File Number (TFN) in FY23 but I have zero income in that year. I need a Notice of Assessment (NOA) from ATO in order to link myGov account to ATO. If I submit a non-lodgment advice to ATO, will I still get a NOA?
You won't receive a NOA if you only submit a non-lodgment advice form. You will need to lodge a tax return. You can do a paper copy

Hello,
You won't be able to lodge a tax return if you don't have your ATO account linked through MyGov. You are better off calling the call centre and verifying your identity to get a linking code.
Thanks :)
Thaks for the advice. Yes, I am going to call them.
