My tax agent submitted a non-lodgement advice for my partnership in 2022. I now note there was a box that should have been ticked saying "no obligation to lodge in the future...."

ATO has now sent me a "have you forgotten to Lodge" letter. I can't seem to find the right forms to submit a further non-lodgement advice and this time tick the box. Agent will charge me a lot to do this so was hopng to attend to this myself.

Hi @ScottFred,

You won't be able to submit a non lodgment for a partnership. You'll need to submit an election in writing to us stating that the partnership isn't required to lodge a tax return.
