Between the ATO and MyGov, the 2 organization that place themselves above GOD and all others, it seems to be no help just give up and accept insanity.
After years of torture from the ATO, now the nightmares continue with their evil twin - MyGov, I have my own email, I have my own mobile number and my own My Gov account, and now the fun part:
1) I go to My Gov Log in
2) I input MY email
3) I input MY mobile number
4) I get a code sent by SMS to MY mobile
5) I am now logged into another persons MyGov account?? YEP I see all their personal info, I have full access to their account!!
BUT I cannot log in and access my MyGov account, so I call MyGov to start, because they will very concerned with this situation and they will immediately act to protect personal and private information.
WRONG
They advise create a new MyGov account and start again, what has happened is not possible, it was something else that was wrong???
Call the ATO - not their problem BUT you must use MyGov, they advise call MyGov.
Call the ministers office responsible for MyGov, sorry not our problem, call the folks at MyGov is their advice
Call the Treasurer's office, without even hearing the whole issue told we only look after Mr Chalmers electorate - did not bother to even ask where I live - yep in his electorate, it may have been my fault, I probably called during a coffee break :)
SO once again just the other Evil twin the ATO - these government organization stuff up and it is the ordinary people that are punished for not doing the right thing, when their systems fo not work and their employees that our tax dollars par very well - just simply DO NOT CARE.
What should a person do, when those that should care and serve the public, simply do not care and answer to nobody, they just keep on drawing nice pay packets and HUGE superannuation packages.
The CEO of Optus resigned very correctly over breach of privacy - BUT that was a commercial business and the whole government attacked them with venom.
BUT public servants to no man they are above GOD.
So while my mental state slips further due to the lack of care or concern, with nobody to turn to for help, as nobody at any government level care about the problems that they create and just ignore, the ultimate responsabilty will always somehow be with US - the people that pay taxes and get crap in return.
I will now go away a just cry, that is all I can do, between the ATO and MyGov and the help of all other governments organizations and ministers etc - basically public servants.
OH and GOD please save me from the most ABUSED word in the English language - Sorry - somehow they think that by just saying sorry everything is fixed.
O do not need an apology, I just need someone to actually do what they are paid and fix the issues so that we can do the right thing!
