Hi Ato I lodged my tax return on the 1st of July 2024, I have received a receipt number but when I check the tax summary and transactions history in the 551 tax summary section nothing is showing up no balance CREDIT no effective date just nothing showing up. What does this mean and how can I get this fixed?

Hi. I too did my tax return on 1/7/24. My income statement was “tax ready”. I also do not have my refund balance showing in my ato online account.
I called ato on Friday,as usual, you can never get a direct answer. They told me it’s part of processing procedure, and to wait the 14 days.
