My former employer listed allowances on my group certificates for years (that I was never paid but were deducted to lower my super). The 'allowances' were never listed on group certificates. It seems there's little I can do because I submitted the group certificates, even though it was done to lessen my wages and inturn, my superannuation.

Hiya @Hodl 👋

Firstly, you should seek assistance from the Fair Work Ombudsman about being paid correctly and ensuring the payslips reflect what you were paid.

Secondly, speak to your payroll team to ask them to explain your payslip with respect to allowances. This may explain apparent anomalies.

*I meant to say the allowances were never listed on payslips, only group certificates.
