@Mary19 have you had any change in your account progress? I lodged on the 2nd July. It now says processed date 7 july with effective date 15 july. With “The account has pending transactions that may affect the final balance”
can’t ever get through via phone, can someone through the ato follow this up?

It simply means that an upcoming transaction will affect the balance of your account.

how long does it take for the transactions to clear? I’ve got the same thing but with a Vet Fee Help Re-credit and was hoping it’d clear soon.

Was this a re credit from the education provider? or from The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations?

it was a recommendation to The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations from the ombudsman.
Currently there’s approximately 2/3 of the money returned in to the account and it says it has pending transactions that may affect the final balance.
so just wondering how long that’ll take to clear so I can get that money returned in full.
