Attempting to log into MyGov using the MyGovID (I had previously set up and used successfully), but for the last couple of weeks it is not allowing me to login giving me a "Service Unavailable - identity.gov.au isn't responding at this time. Please try again later." error. I do not see any error code mentioned either.

Logged in using username/password, but when trying to punch out to the ATO site, I am met with "Your sign in method doesn't meet minimum access requirements", saying that I had previously signed in using a method with a "higher identity strength" (clearly referring to my MyGovID).

I have been trying to log in for a couple of weeks now. Please help.

I was able to log in using mygovid successfully by opening the mygov and, then subsequently, the ato sites in incognito mode; and so clearing out my browser cache sorted it out for me.
