So It's August 1st now and I've yet to recieve my tax return let alone an update on it. It still says "Balancing Account" it's said this since the 7th of July and it still says "Estimated Issue date, July 12th" I've tried calling but i keep getting the "We're busy" and hang up instead of you know. Hold or A Callback. Anyone else experienced this? I'm only frustrated because they haven't said anything about needing extra time or at the very least updating the issue date considering it isn't even July anymore. My tax return is only like 650 so I'm extra confused since i don't make much and am not getting much. If any of you know what to do please let me down.

Hello,

There's a number of reasons for the delay, its a little difficult for us to know as we can't look into individual accounts. It may be that there is some manual intervention needed, we will let you know if you need to do anything. Check out this article- Where is my tax return? for details on the different stages - just in case you need it.
