How to connect from overseas?

Hello!

I have left Australia and wanted to connect to myGov in order to proceed to my tax return but it said I have to receive confirmation by text to connect. I don't have Australian sim any longer so can't do it. I don't have a mygovID strong enough neither so I can't use that to connect.

I looked for solutions and it involves to have the app code generator, but once again you need a australian sim to activate it.

How can I connect to Mygov? Please let me know as I would like to get everything sorted asap.
