Hi I'm applying for TFN for a private company, but got stuck on Associates section.
I've added all the associates of the company, but still can't go to the next step. The page keeps on saying 'Please check you have entered the correct number of associates'.
Can anyone help pls?

Yes, this can happen if you aren't putting in the correct number of associates for the entity. Different entities need to have a different number of associates.
An Australian private company will need 1 director, 1 public officer and 1 company shareholder. Check out the Associates needed per entity on the ABR website.

SOLUTION FOUND AS I HAD THE SAME ISSUE - Special note when filling the associates portion of the tfn application you must must must click on all 4 boxes stating yourself as the director, shareholder, secretary and public officer or screen will get stuck in a loop - when putting yourself as all 4 as I did as I am the only one in the company as you are. It then it moved onto the next page - YAY
