Hi there! I left Australia about 4 months ago after a one year working holiday visa. I was wondering if I can claim back my superannuation even if I intend on returning to Australia at some point on a second WHV? I'm worried about claiming it then when I re-enter and get a new job it will cause an issue. Thanks in advance!

Hey @mlsharkey,

Yep, you can absolutely claim your super, if you have no current visa's.

You can apply either online or via a paper application.

If you decide to come back to Australia, there will be no issues when you start a new job.

Check out the info we have on claiming your departing Australia superannuation payment.

Doing my DASP application now and it is asking if I have permanently departed Australia. Would I put no since I intend to return at some point? Sorry for another question!
