I had my super deducted from a job I did in 2018 while studying for a postgraduate degree at UQ.

Up to now, my super deduction has not been remitted to the Superfund

Hiya @ArnoldPatiken,

First thing to do is (if you haven't already) is contact the former employer and get them to investigate the suspected underpayment of super. I would recommend keeping records/copies of all correspondence in case you need them in the future. Secondly, you could try contact your superannuation fund they may have a process in place to assist you with the recovery of super from your former employer. If all else fails, you can lodge a complaint with ATO against the former employer and they should be able to investigate the matter for you.

Good luck, Shelly.
