I am trying to reach Strong Identity Strength for my Myid app as I need it for something, but that requires photo verification, and whenever I try it, the app always crashes. I have tried restarting my phone, but to no avail. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J8. I have seen a similar post, however it was from two years ago, and there was no answer to the solution provided, as the feature was still optional and in a public beta. It is now however mandatory for Strong Identity Strength, and I am puzzled on what to do.

Hey there @YakubA.S,
If your passport photo fails verification, you can try clearing the cache in your settings, and resetting the app.
You can do this by going to your settings and:"
- selecting the myID app
- scroll to storage and clear the data/cache
- uninstall the app then reinstall it
And start all over again. This should get you through to the next process of verifying your I.D.
