I have recently (5 March 2025) opened a new pension account with a superfund and have a new accumulation account with that superfund and another old accumulation account with another superfund. I want to combine the two accumulation accounts into one through the MyGov app, but the MyGov app has not yet been updated for my new superannuation arrangements. My superfund has told me that they have sent the information to the ATO. How long will it take for the ATO to reflect the changes in MyGov?
Hi @Robert1234,
Your account may not be visible if we are unable to confidently verify and match account details that have been provided by your superfund.
We show annual balances reported to us, and as the super funds are only required to report once a year with a 30 June balance, your new super account may not show until we've received that annual report. If your super fund has issued a member statement with a more up to date balance, you can check the 'as at' date of the balance.
It could be worth talking to the super fund to confirm what details they sent though.

It is now 17 March, 12 days since I changed my superannuation arrangements, but ATO on MyGov has still not been updated.

Thank you RachelATO. My super fund had assured me that it had sent through all the relevant information back on 5 March. I will contact them again to confirm that is the case.
