Hello,


Online Services for Agents user here. myID identity strength is 'Strong'.


I am experiencing Error 22 with error code ATOO-1741731928854 when I try to access-


Client >>> Profile >>> Communication History.


I have tried general trouble shooting actions, i.e. clearing cache and resetting the browser, but it has not helped.


Thank you in advance for any help I could possibly get.
